According to one of the young enterprising founders, Ashutosh Dixit,  “ the idea behind MithaiMate as an enterprise was to develop an online portal which would enable people to send across sweets (mithai) as gifts to their dear ones. Sharing gifts during celebrations is a common aspect within most cultures around the world, & in India gifts in the form of mithai are held in high regard. Sweets form an integral part of the Indian cuisine and India is especially famous for the wide array of sweets which are produced in the different geographical regions of the country.”  

However, as much as we associate sweets with celebrations, today’s fast paced world doesn’t permit everyone with the luxury of celebrating their joys with their loved ones all the time. People sometimes get relocated to different cities or countries due to job constraints or any other reason for that matter. As of the present moment, MithaiMate operates in 3 cities across India namely; New Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore. MithaiMate has tied up with the leading brands in the aforementioned cities for sourcing the sweets whose high quality we bank upon. The brands which we have tied up with are well renowned & respectable brands; all occupying substantial market shares in their respective cities. We have made it a point to associate only with the names which are well established in the sweets market, & have years of good quality service behind them to ensure the customers of the high quality products on offer.

   2. Delivery

MithaiMate strives to ensure that the mithai reaches the customer in time, so that the customer can appreciate the fine quality & taste of the mithai. A dedicated staff is in place in order to take care of the delivery requirements in each of the three cities.
