How are the Products delivered?

All the orders at MithaiMate are personally delivered by so that the Mithai is delivered fresh in the shortest possible time.In case of non availability of our own staff , we do have logistical partners in the various cities we operate who would do the delivery for us ensuring that your token of love reaches on time. For orders to cities other than those of the sweet vendor, we have tie ups with the best courier companies like BlueDart,TNT(A-grade courier companies who charge an average of Rs 500/kg only for delivery) so that your gift reaches in proper condition to your loved ones.

How long does it take to deliver?

All orders will be delivered as soon as possible or on the delivery date specified. For cities where we have our vendors like Mumbai,Bangalore,New Delhi,Jammu,Kolkatta etc we can arrange for the delivery on the same day for most of the locations . Otherwise please give us 24-48 hours of notice for delivery almost all over India.
